I’m looking for someone to build me a multilingual website using this template http://demo.bowthemes.com/bt-arise/ which has the blue color.
You can start using the quick start guide which is the same as the version deployed here (http://demo.bowthemes.com/bt-arise/). All you have to do is to make it multilingual (French, English). The default language is English for people that have their browser set to other languages.
