I currently have a site with Joomla 1.5 and Virtuemart 1.8. The two systems are customized in layout and function. I want to upgrade both of these to latest version, and at the same time keep the customized functions I have made… (Budget: $70-$500 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, Joomla, PHP, Virtuemart)
