On two pages on my site, I need to allow the user to select the state or province from a select dropdown. Selecting the state or province would expose another select dropdown, using AJAX, that would show the cities in that state or province.
I need this on two, almost identical pages, although the select name is different in each.
This is part of a larger form on both pages.
