I would like to produce an app very similar to the framework seen in wallpaper* daily, a simple rss from a blog where the articles are cached on the device for offline reading and updated when the user goes back online… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: Cocoa, iPad, iPhone, Mobile Phone, Objective C)
