HI, I would like a simple proxy application which can run on all windows versions. When activate it, it will automatically tick box “Use Proxy Server for your Lan” in Lan Settings AND it can also show banner ad on user’s computer which runs this application… (Budget: $30-$80 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, C++ Programming, Visual Basic, Windows Desktop)
