I am currently using the NextGen Gallery Carousel on my WP site. Right now it is refreshing the entire page when the thumbnail is clicked. I would like to have only the adsense ads on the page and the image refresh when advancing to the next pic. The developer of the plugin has stated that it is possible to do.
