Jquery Expert

I need a jquery expert for a project, when i say expert i need someone who is a expert in Jquery stuff as this may not be simple solution.

Project is to convert a existing Flash header in to a Jquery Template, but the Flash template has data that reads from the XML file in the server, so you need to read the XML data in the Jquery as well, and its has dynamic navigation bar based on XML,

Also simple drop down menu as well in CSS 3 or Jquery.
