I Need A Flash/html 5 Clickable Graphic Added To Website

I need a small 250 x 300 or so flash widget that houses 4 links. I want this to look very eye catching and add some snazzy motion graphics to website. Alternative stationary graphic must be available for users who don’t have flash.
