I am looking for a programmer to be able to convert a scanned music score into musicxml (http://www.makemusic.com/musicxml) format file in C#/VB.NET. The project output should be in the form of class library (.dll) which can be used for any .net based desktop application… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: .NET, OCR, Windows Desktop)
