I have a free image host called picmecca.com. The site is organized by picture categories. Using the site s admin, I am able to place Ad codes on the picture category I wish, but I am not able to place Ads on EACH picture page under a particular category at the same time… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Zend)
