I have two issues with cforms on WordPress sites that I need to fix:
1. IMAGE UPLOAD
On http://www.photographsforever.co.uk/how-to-order/ the form works but the image does not attach to the email or upload to the site. I think I have probably not set it correctly. I would like it so that the image is attached to the email that is submitted.
2. FORM NOT FOUND
