I have a multilingual (7 languages) geo world relational mysql database in an sql file containing 4 tables:
Countries
Regions
Cities
Languages
Names are stored in html entities, I need you to decode then into to utf8 and make sure no name is cut and apostrohes, quotes, accents, tildes and so on works perfectly. I also need you to chage charset and collation of texts fields to utf8.
Please, be careful to make sure no other field, id or relation is altered.
