I am looking for an animation of two dandelions. Attached is a graphic. I am looking for the animation to start as a graphic with the entire dandelions, and then they would “sway” as if in a breeze, and then the seeds would blow off… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: Animation, Graphic Design)
