Need the ability to add secondary navigation to site. See attached image.
I want to use WordPress’ native ability or a widget such as http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-section-navigation/
Need to be able to assign a page to it from the Page Attributes dialog in the Parent drop down simply. Need ability to color it slightly different than theme color in use.
Need to be able to put entirely different ones on different pages using the theme’s Page Builder feature.
