i am doing most the configuration BUT I need a flash developer to create 1 flash form on one of the pages for me and have the results emailed out with a php script….
I will send you my flash file and you can make the needed form and return it to me…
the form will have fields for name, email, phone number, 3 drop downs and a date and time picker…
