Symbian phone plug in or application to detect diverted call by arteelay

I want to do symbian application that shows the missed “diverted calls from another phone”. When you are being called, you know that it’s normal call or diverted call from another phone. Diverted calls has an arrow at the phone when normal call does not… (Budget: $30-$100 USD, Jobs: C Programming, Javascript, Nokia, Perl, Symbian)
