I am looking for a designer and php coder that has experience in photo upload and resizing/rating system/account registration/email notification. Pretty basic website with some functionality. I am a project manager with programming experience. This should take no longer than a week to build the back end. I am also looking for someone that can develop the logo as this is a new business.
