I would like to clone a none Joomla site to Joomla… 1.5 would be nice, but 1.7 or higher would be fine as well.

This is the site I would like to clone – Custom modules might be needed, not sure, have a look for yourself.
I do not have a PSD for this site, so it will have to be done from scratch. I do have the logo I want to incorporate into this site… the colors will be the same.
