Small image processing app in C++ and Qt by morphes

I need a small image processing app which will have those features: – Open and save PNM files (PNM class with LoadFile and SaveFile procedure- can’t use Qt build-in PNM handler, can use the code from it but it has to be directly in the application) – Menu i.e… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C++ Programming)
