I need the following site converted to a WordPress Template.

We will setup a new hosting account with WP and get you access to it. You will have to customize your hosts file to access the server since we keep the old site up for now.
All we need is the main layout with background, header and navigation and editable footer and home page. We will add the content pages.
We are looking for someone to work with on many more projects!
