Admin Home panel (Add/Edit Subcategory) should have the capability to
1) select which sub categories should be a “Paid to view.”
2) Set the membership fees for a period of time as deternined by Admin.
For example if Admin has selected “Electronics / Computers”
subcategory, as “Paid To View”.
