I have a VOIP Server which has SOAP API facility. I need Call Center Agent user interface where administrator can also log on to integrate with my VOIP Server. There is a product out there which does everything I want, except that i want it web based, and not MS Program… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Asterisk PBX, MySQL, vTiger)
