Adding an PHP form data to DynamoDB by damianfernandez

I need to develop a web service to insert the contents of a web form into a DynamoDB table. The form is a simple HTML page with several name, address, etc fields, an upon submit, need to call the i.e. PutItem REST service to insert the data as a record… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Amazon Web Services, Java)
