I need to upgrade the look of a single web page with graphical elements and formatted by customizing an existing style sheet without affecting any other page on the site which uses the stylesheet. It is a long but very simple HTM page (nothing but text, images, and some links)… (Budget: $15-$25 USD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, User Interface / IA, Website Design)
