Html5 CSS page polishing by Bujinwang

I have a small app with 3 pages coded in html5 and css3. It’s going to be packed with phonegap to be deployed onto major smart phones. The functionality of the pages are done but not the look and feel… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML5)
