This application would be used in a tradeshow environment where the user would walk up to a touchscreen that is being driven by either the iPad or a pc that a user would choose a .pdf represented by an icon or thumbnail that is floating around 6 of them floating around the screen at one point… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: iPad)
