Please note this is for an adult site.
The script is php/mysql.
Currently my form has the following input for upload.
Title and Embed Code.
I need a categories drop down added to the form and database.
There will be about 7 categories. There are currently 600+ uploads I will need those added to one of the categories (Adult Pics).
