We require a customized WordPress theme / layout with the following main features:
– 5 pages (home, who, what, why, where)
– Home page extends across the screen (as per jpg)
– Ability to add more pages / subpages
– Each page (except home) has left / right panels with FULL CMS capabilities (WordPress default usability)
– Each page has option to customize a different background
– Mouse over main menu / drop down submenu
– Custom text / menu font
