I need a joomla template similar as possible to this layout web:

You can use an existing template and modify it. I need a menu on the top, logo in the same position of the example, near the menu. And left and right position.
Please note that for joomla1.5 template i mean a template that can be installed by joomla in the control panel and not only a psd file.
