Hello I have a very simple MPG video clips shooting a dinner party event using a portable Sony HandyCam. Quality viewing on the 21″ monitor is ok, but wondering if someone can enhance it so it can be viewed on a large screen TV 55″… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photo Editing, Videography)
