The file is divided in layers are from bottom to top are:

1. background;
2. country area (one polygon with the contour of the country);
3. county/region/province areas (each county/region/province as individual polygon);
4. roads (main roads of the country);
5. county/region/province center (the capitals of those divisions – with 2 sublayers);
6. major cities (other important cities – with 2 sublayers);
