Ms SQL DECRYPTBYKEY Script needed by hgfrfv

I have a MS SQL base which contains table with fields encrypted by EncryptByKey(), i need a person who can create me a tool/script to download the encrypted fields into clear text, i have the .xml file… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: SQL)
