I am looking for a software that will take ANY image, (JPG,PNG…etc) and convert that into a vector image where people can take out anything that they do not want in their finished picture. After that part is saved, I would like for them to have a choice of turning that into either line art, a pencil sketch, or an oil painting, or a cartoon, and have the option to color each image as they wish, or keep the same colors.
