I need to fix the form on the page once the person clicks on the participar button.
a. i need to improve the look and feel of the view and add more fields
b. i need all the data stored in the database and update the count
c. i need to give a confirmation message after the info is submitted.
very simple project and only bid if you can finish it quickly..i need this done on sunday really
