I need A small Flash AS3 game that is basically a small puzzle.
Its logic and gameplay will resemble this game:

I only need the first 2 levels, I do NOT need a full-fledged game.
My budget is 20-50$ perhaps a bit more if absolutely needed.
I do not have any of the graphics, you will have to generate them.
I have the game screens layouts for both levels.
