If the site is to be built using blog, then we would prefer using wordpress.
Otherwise, the site must be built using php and mysql 5.0+
Ideally we would like the site to be up within 30 working days.
Please provide RELEVANT photo voting sites as portfolio in PMB. Bidders without relevant portfolio will not be considered.
