Need Perl Developer to add a function to program by DantechIT

I have a timesheet program that I would like to change. The timesheet is written in Perl and hosts it’s own DB. (1) when a user submits their timesheet, it should be saved as “pending_approval” instead… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Perl)
