I have 16 projects. I need 14 developers for 6 months and 12 for one year. I can not discuss the project here. But, before getting selected for this projects. I can pay $35-$45/hour. you need to pass one task as a test. That will not be more than 5 hours. And, that will be on developers risk! Fix rate will be decided after the task performance.
