I am searching for someone who can create a software that will take any image and turn it into a line art or pencil sketch image with the click of a button or two. I would also like it to be where I can choose my own colors for any given vector of that image…such as, blue sky, red car, brown house…etc. I know there are things out there that will allow you to turn a photo into a vector image, or a pencil sketch with Photo Shop, but that takes time, plus the expense of buy…
