hi, all, I am about to purchase an auction site like ebay but I would like to covert it to purchase bid style where customers will buy bid packs to purchase items on the site. Bids will be about .60 cents per bid and customers will buy packs for $59, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
