I need a small program to add text labels to photos. The app should be written in C or C++ and should open a folder of jpg photos, copy them to a new folder, resize the photos to uniform smaller size and then add a text label on top of each corner (left justified for left corners, right justified for right corners) looping through until all the pics in the folder are labeled. Any takers?
Other details:
Anything not a jpg in the folder should be skipped.
