Convert Iphone App Into Web-based Mobile App

Hi

I need to convert or construct an iPhone app to Web-based mobile app, Apple store didn’t approve the app.
You can use HTML5 or using this PhoneGap you could re-construct the App to Web based App;

I have the iPhone app and the source code.
I need it done as soon as possible.

I will provide the source code to excellent iPhone coders via message board.
