I need a WordPress Blog latest versions after 3 definitely, created at http://www.yourdomain.com/blog , without using cPanel.
I would only use cPanel myself to create a database at the location http://www.yourdomain.com/blog , and your access to site is strictly limited to ftp in this location http://www.yourdomain.com/blog . You will not have any cPanel access as well.
