Zend Framework – Add New Views To Current Web Application

I have a web application that has been built on the ZEND FRAMEWORK.

I need to have some new views built for it – Mobile StyleSheet, Facebook View, New Admin View, New Form.

I am looking for an experienced programmer that will be available long-term.
