I have a Windows laptop in one city, and a Xen VPS in another city. I wish to browse the web from the laptop, but to seemingly be visiting sites via the IP address of the VPS. The Xen VPS is brand new, and is bare bones with just VPS Control Panel and Serial Console to use… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Linux, System Admin)
