Immediate – Small Android App Plus Compile C++ Library

I have a cross platform piece of code that needs to be compiled for Android.

a)
compile the library C++

b)
create a simple Android app that ;
. i) locates and imports a graphic file
. ii) ask for some Input ( user name)
. ii) click Run button to pass the graphic to the library function
. iii) save the resulting output to a SQLite DB in the phone – two fields, Username and Data.

Required within 2 days. Should be achievable for good coder.
