Looking to build a website that would have the search and rating etc functionality of tripadvisor.com but geared towards job seekers and employees. The front page would be more like profootballtalk.com in that it would allow to publish small articles related to diff companies and general HR stuff… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
