Video Edit (preroll+watermark)

I have about 600 videos on my server/desktop. These videos are in Mp4 Format… i need someone to write a script to do the following to all 600 videos.

Add a preroll introduction (2-3 seconds) + watermark the video with the url on the right hand corner.

and then output the video to the original format.
