I have a flash type banner on my website – but I want a flash-free site. So I want somebody to produce exactly the same banner (i.e. so it looks the same as the existing banner, with the same images, and does exactly the same as the existing banner) but not using FLASH… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Banner Design)
