I would like a very basic google map site like this: http://www.maps-for-free.com/ with the abiliity to add layers where different countries shall display with a color layer over it. it should be some kind of lightweight system where i can add layers, categories and countries backend… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Google Checkout, Google Plus)
